A. This hypnotherapy course is designed for those who have completed the OPAL Foundation Hypnotherapy Certificate and wish to learn how to use metaphor to create change in the hypnotic trance and how to begin to maximise the immense capability of the unconscious mind.

Q. What will I learn on the OPAL Intermediate Hypnotherapy Certificate?

Learn how to take a problem and create an appropriate metaphor using chunking techniques and creativity to deliver the solution(s) within the hypnotic trance.
Discover how to create and deliver multiple embedded metaphors in hypnosis to create the Zeigarnik effect and the benefits this creates at the unconscious level.
Learn how to utilise Milton Model language patterns to make hypnotic suggestions direct to the unconscious mind bypassing any conscious resistance and how to embed the suggestion with the hypnotic trance.
Discover how to utilise time distortion, time suggestion and pseudo-orientation in time within the hypnotic trance to increase positive change and decrease negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours and access resources from the past, present and future.
Learn how to create anaesthesia and how to utilise it both inside and outside of hypnosis to alleviate pain.
Discover how to create post hypnotic suggestions to facilitate or reinforce positive change after the trance experience has ended.
Learn Milton Erickson’s preferred method of self hypnosis for maximum unconscious change.

A. OPAL hypnotherapy courses are designed to accommodate all individual learning styles and will therefore include: lecture, discussion, manual, visual aids, individual and group exercises, feedback and questions and answers.

A. Imagine what it will be like to create hypnotherapeutic metaphor enriched with embedded suggestions for change to deliver in trance for varying problems along with changing the perception of time to create subtle yet significant unconscious change.

A. OPAL hypnotherapy courses are held at a small selection of venues in Surrey that provide a tranquil atmosphere exceptionally conducive to learning.
*Day delegates receive lunch and refreshments whilst residential delegates have bedrooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner & refreshments.
